POLA is a wall hanger with a clear inspiration from nature.

It is a piece that combines a sculptural and functional character.

Influenced by the organicist movement, its smooth curves and irregular shapes try to imitate the growth of a tree, of one of its branches. The result is a form full of dynamism and continuity that is given by the predominance of the curved line.

The hanger is constructed from five sheets of okume sheet, which are shaped with the help of wedges made of solid wood. Thanks to these pieces and the study of the curvature, we managed to define its shape. Divided into two parts: the leaf-shaped header is an element that gives character to the design and on the other hand is the body, where the hangers appear.

POLA is a visual piece, with a marked sculptural character that aims to bring a piece of nature to our home.
