This cycle aims to train photography professionals with the ability to create and interpret aesthetic events. In addition to the theoretical and technical knowledge of the specialty, teaching is oriented towards the development in students of the ability of analysis to focus on photographic projects with an original and meaningful look. The person who obtains the title of senior technician of Plastic Arts and Design in Photography can exercise his profession in the productive sectors in the public or private sphere, in companies in the communication sector, advertising agencies, design studios, fashion, press, publishing houses, TV, in companies and institutions in other sectors that require it, in museums and companies for the restoration of works of art, archeology, forensic laboratories, police investigation, forensic medicine, expertise, etc.

The Higher Technical Cycle of Plastic Arts and Design in Photography is organized in two academic years of 60 ECTS credits each, with a total of 120 ECTS credits, of which 114 ECTS credits correspond to modules taught in the school and 6 ECTS credits to internships in companies .
At the end of the training, students receive the title of Higher Technician of Plastic Arts and Design in Photography, which has an approved character and official recognition throughout Europe.

Access to the cycle is direct for those in possession of the title of Bachelor of Arts, Fine Arts and Design, Conservation and Restoration, Fine Arts, Architecture, Technical Engineering in Industrial Design. Those who have a Bachelor's degree or have been declared equivalent for access purposes and through a general and specific test, students over the age of 19 and without the required degree have access through a specific test.
