The building is located in Praza García Barbón de Verín, an area with a touristic atmosphere and most of the town's leisure around it, so it was decided to rehabilitate the space to turn it into a venue that is economically feasible, a gastrobar cocktail bar.
The idea is based on designing the interior of a building, with differentiated spaces but communicating with each other, that is to say, they can all work together but each floor will be focused on a specific activity.
On the ground floor, a cocktail bar is designed, which will operate with longer hours and will be a space in which the function is also that of waiting or dessert.
On the second floor, the activity will focus on faster and lighter meals, specifically with a menu of tapas rather than prepared meals, also having a specific area for wine tasting activities, which are related to that type of food.
On the third floor, we go up and up in terms of preparation level, being a space dedicated solely to the service of more elaborate meals and à la carte menus.
Spaces connected by furniture and materials that will make a high-rise building a unique space.
