FAIXA is a container for drum boxes inspired by Galician clothing and tradition.

For the creation of FAIXA we focused on traditional Galician culture, more specifically on sashes. The sash, a fundamental piece in traditional Galician men's clothing, to wear it, you wrap it around your waist twice, placing it so that one of the ends hangs from the side of a leg to show the drawing or embroidery, as well as the tassels. The lines and drawings of it inspired us to design the decoration of our work through the use of pre-made marquetries

This container is made of MDF board covered in beech, solid beech wood, chestnut. It consists of 12 pieces, among which the sides, door and legs have details that remind us of our references.
