Material: Cedar.
This little stool is a tribute to the ancient tradition of tea. The peculiar way of planting shrubs in this southeastern part of China, the clay color of the farmland, and the remembrance of the baskets where oolong leaves are collected, have their imprint on the design of the TbureT. Its function is versatile: from storing tools, such as a backpack, a makeshift seat and an extra table. Its main feature is its atypical design, in terms of morphology and typology, lightness and resistance. It also mixes elements of nature such as leather, cedar and hemp, remaining true to its origin. Its construction is purely handcrafted and combines carpentry techniques such as recessing and wood mosaic.
