Isaac Piñeiro is a product designer based in Barcelona. His projects are based on formal and conceptual simplicity with the intention of lasting over time. Its main objective is to create intuitive products based on a search for efficiency in conception, production and design. After a fruitful career as co-founder of the multidisciplinary design studio Nadadora. In 2017, a new stage begins with the creation of Isaac Piñeiro Design Studio, to continue developing product design projects.
His work has been published and exhibited in various media, museums and international fairs. One of the most recent recognitions, among others, is the Best of the Year'17 award from Interior Design magazine for its Tortuga seating collection. Combining his work as a designer, Isaac Piñeiro is a professor at the Massana School of Art and Design in Barcelona. He is director of the Object and Space Workshop where the discipline is worked from a critical and conceptual point of view through the study of the relationship between society and the environment.
