The trip of the Art School Antonio Faílde de Ourense to the town of Angoulême to visit various academic and cultural institutions and business entities in the image field (comics, video games, animation), takes place between the 13th and the 17th of May with a notable use of the same .
Throughout the three days devoted to the visits, and without deviating from the plan previously set by the organizers of the Grand Angoulême entity, the grounds of three schools (of animation, video games and comics), three animation studios (in 3D, 2D and mixed), The house of the authors and the comic strip museum.
He also interacted with professors, students and study professionals and, especially, contacted Spanish professionals living in Angoulême (Alfonso Zapico, Lola Lorente, Chema Román) who went beyond the mere function of guides.
The mediation of Javier Feijóo, from the European programs of the Ourense Provincial Council (Imagina Atlántica) in setting up this trip and, above all, the organization, the care and the accompaniment by Annabelle Peaudeau, from Grand Angouleme, is gratefully acknowledged.
We have attached the program of the trip which, although in French, seems comprehensible to us.
