Published in the DOG of June 3, the Resolution of May 21, 2013, by which instructions are issued for the access and admission of students to the professional teaching of plastic arts and design for the 2013-2014 academic year.
School registration deadlines:
Higher degree cycles until June 20.
Middle grade cycles until July 24.
1. The access tests for middle level courses will be held in the art schools and higher design schools in which the students were enrolled on the days and times indicated below:
Maturity test: September 3.
• First part: from 10.00 to 13.00 hours.
It will cover the following subjects: Galician language, Castilian language, scientific-technological area and socio-cultural area. The students will select three of these subjects and develop in writing a question from two that are proposed, for each of the three chosen. The maximum time to answer the questions of each subject will be sixty minutes.
• Second part: from 16.30 to 19.30 hours.
It will cover content related to plastic and visual education.
Specific test: September 6.
The specific test will be carried out in accordance with what is established in Annex IV of this resolution and will take place in each of the art schools and higher design schools, at the times indicated below:
First exercise: from 10.00 to 11.00 hours.
Second exercise: from 12.00 to 14.00 hours.
Third exercise: from 17.00 to 19.00 hours.
1. The access tests for higher education will be held at the Mestre Mateo School of Art and Design, in Santiago de Compostela, on the days and times indicated below:
Maturity test: June 26.
The maturity test will be carried out in accordance with what is established in Annex III of this resolution and at the times indicated below:
• First part: from 10.00 to 13.00 hours.
It will cover the following subjects: Galician Language and Literature, Spanish Language and Literature, Foreign Language (English or French), History of Spain, History of Philosophy, Philosophy and Citizenship, and Sciences for the Contemporary World. The students will select three of these subjects and develop in writing a question from two that are proposed, for each of the three chosen. The maximum time for this test will be three hours
.• Second part: from 17.00 to 18.00 hours.
It will cover content related to the history of art.
Specific test for all professional families: July 8.
The specific test will be carried out as shown in Annex IV of this resolution and at the times indicated below:
First exercise: from 10.00 to 11.00 hours.
Second exercise: from 12.00 to 14.00 hours.
Third exercise: from 17.00 to 19.00 hours.
